How can I track my order?

The tracking information should be emailed to you as soon as your order has been despatched. Do you offer free shipping?

We are happy to offer free standard delivery on all orders over 300€. Will I have to pay customs fees?

At Riches Abode, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Please be aware that customs and duties may apply to orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU), depending on your country’s import regulations.

My tracking is not updating?

All tracking information should typically update within 24 hours of dispatch. However, in some cases, delays may occur due to courier issues beyond our control.

If you do not receive any tracking updates within 5 working days of dispatch, please reach out to us via our ‘Contact Us’ page, and our customer care team will investigate further for you.

For international orders with standard shipping, tracking information should update within 3 working days of dispatch. If you have not received further tracking updates and your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At Riches Abode, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the estimated delivery times below:

1.⁠ ⁠Domestic Orders (Within the EU)
Orders within the European Union typically arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping, unless otherwise specified.

2.⁠ ⁠International Orders (Outside the EU)
International orders generally arrive within 5–7 days of shipping. Please note that these shipments may be subject to customs clearance in your country, which can result in additional delays beyond our control.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Delays
Once an order leaves our warehouse, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
• Customs processing in the destination country.
• Carrier delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We regret that we cannot expedite delivery or influence the speed of your package once it has been dispatched. For the most accurate updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

4.⁠ ⁠Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout to avoid delays.
• If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you via the email address provided during checkout.
• If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping fees.

5.⁠ ⁠Split Shipping Orders
If your order is split into multiple shipments, we can only refund you for the items successfully returned to us.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

All items must be returned new, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt.

The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.

To start a return, please send us an email at orders@richesabode.com with your email, contact and order number.

•⁠ ⁠Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.

•⁠ ⁠Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. For US orders, the shipping fees related to the return will be deducted from the refund. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.

•⁠ ⁠You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

Do you refund shipping costs?

No, we do not refund the shipping costs. The shipping fee charged at check-out covers the shipping and handling of the transportation company. These costs can therefore not be refunded.

We include washing instructions on all product listings and inside the garments themselves. We highly recommend hand washing whenever possible to minimize friction with other fabrics and ensure longevity.

How can I find out when a specific item is back in stock?
