Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 pm (WET) typically ship the same business day. We ship with CTT. Orders are dispatched from Portugal within 1–2 business days; orders placed before 14:00 (WEST) are processed the same business day.

Shipping rates & free shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. Rates and free-shipping thresholds:

Estimated delivery times. Portugal, Spain, rest of EU, UK & Nordics: Express 1–2 business days, free standard 3–5 business days; USA/Canada 3–5 business days (free option 5–7 business days); rest of world 5–7 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customs & duties. Orders within the EU are not subject to additional duties. For the UK, Switzerland, Norway and destinations outside the EU, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. If a customer refuses to pay import duties and the parcel is returned to us, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
