2.2. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of purchase is final and binding.

2.3. International Orders: For orders outside the European Union, additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. It is your responsibility to consult your local authorities for detailed information on these charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.2. To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@richesabode.com, providing their order number and reason for the return (optional). Upon approval of the return, we will issue a prepaid return label via email. The customer must print and attach the label to the package before shipping it back to us.

5.3. Return Costs:
• The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The amount will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed.

5.4. Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unused and unworn.
• With all tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

5.5. Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost.

5.6. Exchanges:
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers wishing to exchange an item must follow the same procedure as returns and indicate the desired replacement in their return request. The customer remains responsible for the cost of returning the item.
