Refund Policy

Right to return (EU Consumer Rights Directive). You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, no reason required.

Condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original labels, tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to start a return. Email info@richesabode.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. This is faster than the 14-day maximum required by EU law.

Exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same process and return-shipping terms as returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email a photo and your order number to info@richesabode.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and refund or replace the item in full.

Customs refusal (non-EU). If you refuse to pay import duties and the parcel is returned to us, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
