Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Return shipping is paid by the customer — returns are not free. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

To start a return, email info@richesabode.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK): You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with EU/UK consumer law. Use the model cancellation form below or email us.

Delivery: Orders are dispatched from Portugal within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 (WEST) are processed the same business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Europe and 5–7 business days for the rest of the world.
