14 days, no fuss. If something doesn’t fit or doesn’t feel right, send it back.
The basics
- 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels still attached
- We refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return
- The first exchange is on us — no extra shipping charge
Items we can’t accept
- Anything washed, worn, or with labels removed
- Sale items marked final sale at checkout
- Gift cards
- Bras and intimates that have been tried on without underwear
How to return
- Email returns@richesabode.com with your order number and which items you’re sending back. Tell us if you’d like a refund or an exchange.
- Within 24 hours we’ll reply with a return label and instructions.
- Pack the items in their original packaging or any sturdy parcel — please keep the labels intact.
- Drop the parcel at your local courier point.
- You’ll get an email confirmation when we receive it. Refunds clear within 5 working days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Tell us when you start the return. If we have stock we’ll reserve the new piece and dispatch it as soon as your original is on the way back. The first exchange is shipped free.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, send a photo and your order number to hello@richesabode.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Return shipping costs
- Faulty / our error: we cover all shipping
- First exchange: we cover outbound shipping of the new item
- Refund / change of mind: return shipping is at your cost — we deduct it only from outside the EU where customs require it
Refund timing
Once your return arrives at our studio it’s checked within 1–2 working days. The refund is issued to your original payment method immediately after — most banks show it within 3–5 working days, though some can take up to 10.
EU statutory right of withdrawal
If you’re an EU customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 14-day return window covers this — and our process applies whether you’re using your statutory right or our return policy. Whichever is more generous applies.
